Four – 45 minute sessions. Together we will create a plan to lead us into to a deeper understanding of your needs. Somatic Healing incorporates breathwork, connection with the emotional body, and dislodging physical blockages, caused by traumatic experiences. At its core this is a body-centered form of therapy with a goal of supporting clients in gaining awareness of their bodies and awakening their capacity to heal by illuminating the mind-body connection. In each session I will combine the physiological, and psychological elements and focus on the connection between mind, heart, and body. This therapy relieves anxiety and stress that can have a constant wear and tear effect on the body.
